UI Component Libraries

There are so many component libraries out there for different front end frameworks. Some are completed open source. Others have a community license with paid licenses. The idea is that you save time by using their professional UI components rather than using a buggy open source one or developing on yourself. But, there are so many to choose from, and even if you first try it out, the initial leap of $$$ makes it hard to commit to it.
